Meenakshi Ramasamy College of Education was stated in the year 2006-2007. It is the first and foremost self finance institution which strives to impart and inculcate quality of teacher education through a stimulating, inspiring and innovative environment. It provides ample chances and flourishes as vital centre for learning, research and training.
The college is approved by NCTE ( F.SRC/NCTE/B.Ed 2006-07/9196 Dt: 13.11.2006 ) and affiliated to Bharathidasan University till 2008, and then affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai form July 2008. (College code 10102).
